Fencing Shoes

The Leon Paul Scimitar, made by Hi-Tec, is a fencing shoe very similar to its smaller brother, the Blade. It was developed by Leon Paul to be a quality, durable shoe designed specifically for fencing. It is a quality upper-end staple by which others can be compared. It has an extra large area to protect the shoe from abrasion when the foot rolls on a metal strip. They're extra light and extra durable, especially in the fencing-specific wear zones. They have an antibacterial lining which helps prolong the life of the shoe. Like the Blade, the base of the shoe is a little unusually wide to help the fencer hold the strip better.
